  2. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR, i.e. lawfully, reliably and transparently. We strive to ensure that your data is always correct and up-to-date and processed only for the period necessary to achieve a given purpose.
  3. We ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
  4. Only authorized persons have direct access to personal data processed by us, to the extent necessary to perform the tasks assigned to them.
  5. We also require our subcontractors and contractors who process personal data on our behalf to process it in accordance with the above principles and provisions of the GDPR. External entities have access to personal data only on the basis of contracts entrusting the processing of personal data or other regulations enabling the transfer of personal data (e.g. if they are also the administrator of your personal data under the law).

WHEN PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

  • when you enter our Website - to improve the comfort of using the Website (Article 6(1a) of the GDPR - your consent expressed by cookie settings, described in detail below),
  • when you enter our Website - for statistical and analytical purposes (Article 6(1f) of the GDPR - our legitimate interest),
  • in order to possibly determine and pursue claims or defend against them - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in the protection of his rights.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order. 

DATA RECIPIENTS

  1. We may transfer your personal data to other entities, e.g. postal operators, couriers, online operators providing shipping services, entities providing auditing, accounting, hosting and IT services to us, as well as marketing agencies.
  2. We may also transfer your personal data to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law.
  3. Customers' personal data are stored only in the European Economic Area (EEA).

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

  1. The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the provision of the service or execution of the order, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  2. The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish and pursue possible claims or defend against them, and after that time only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING

You have the following rights:

  • the right to access your data, i.e. the right to obtain information from us whether your data is being processed and what, as well as the right to obtain a copy of this data,
  • the right to rectification and the right to delete data, i.e. the right to correct incorrect and/or incomplete data as well as to delete it - we will not be able to delete data only if the law obliges us to further process it,
  • the right to limit processing, i.e. the right to submit an application to suspend processing,
  • the right to data transfer, i.e. the right to obtain data in an organized, commonly used, readable format or the right to request the transfer of your data directly to other administrators,
  • the right to object to data processing based on legitimate interest (mainly concerns data processing for marketing purposes),
  • the right to withdraw consent to data processing - e.g. by changing browser settings regarding cookies, withdrawing consent to sending information about events and newsletter to e-mail address, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal of consent,
  • the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your data is being processed illegally.
