Seven months after signing Letter of intent related to the creation of the Uznam-Wolińska Hydrogen Valley (03/06/2022), the District Court in Szczecin entered the Association into the National Court Register under the name Uznamsko-Wolińska Dolina Wodorowa with its registered office in Świnoujście under the number 0001014491. The purpose of the signatories of the Letter of Intent, Janusz Żmurkiewicz – The Mayor of Świnoujście and Piotr Kosowicz – President of the Management Board of EcoEnergyH2 Sp. z o. o. was implemented. The platform for the regional development of hydrogen technologies has become a reality.
This was possible thanks to the adoption by the eleven founding members of the resolution on November 19, 2022, establishing the association and adopting the Association's Statute.
